Chapter I General Principles

1. Shanghai Tianma Circuit Racing Club (¡°STC Club¡±)£¬which is authorized and approved by Shanghai Municipal Industry Supervisory Departments, is a platform for vast of Automobile and Motorcycle Fans discussing their culture, exchanging driving experiences as well as undertaking sorts of activities. Its aim is to set up a specialized & network system, which is keeping pace with the modern society, and to offer its members fine qualities services in the form of Club¡£

2. STC Club is located at No. 3000 Shenzuan Highway, Songjiang District, Shanghai¡£
3. Each of STC Club Member has a member card, which can only be used by the member self. With the Member Cards, members are entitled to organizing interior racing, training, leasing cars and practicing, attending sodalities, and watching games and other set services.

Chapter II Enrollment & Fee

1. Applicants must fill in the Application Form and hand in one ID Card or Passport copy (both sides) and one photo (one inch)¡£
2. Each applicant must pay Enrollment Fee, that is, RMB100¡£
3. Member Cards are ranked into 3 types, Gold Cards, Silver Cards and Cards, among them, Gold Cards and Silver Cards are rechargeable, their prices are as following respectively:

Chapter III Rights of Club Members

1. All members are entitled to all the rights STC Club promised to serve¡£
2. All members have the right to complain. If you are not satisfied with the service of STC Club, please complain to the Club in one week and Club will respond in 2 working days.
3. All members enjoy the right to claim for compensation. When you are regaling the services provided by STC Club and find there are any discrepancies with Club¡¯s Service Regulations, please claim in 2 working days and Club will mediate or make compensations.
4. All members have the rights to advise on the activities of the club. And club will also prize or offer other preferential to those who are contributable to the club.

Chapter IV ¡¡Obligations of Club Members

1. All members must obligate to this Article consciously and enjoy the services as stated in STC Club Service Regulations.
2. All members must fulfill the obligation of paying the Annual Tax and other expenses after enrollments on schedule.
3. All members are not permitted to attend or organize activities in the name of STC Club without obtaining the written approval of STC Club.
4. Should the member cards are lost or any changes on members¡¯ main personal information, such as name, working unit, address, telephone no, all members are amenable to inform STC Club timely and voluntarily, register and change the cards as required, and pay the handling charges as well. Otherwise, STC Club will not take any liabilities of any disputes resulted from them.
5. Member cards are the evidence of members¡¯ identification, which couldn¡¯t be transferred. Members should always take it with you. While enjoying the services, please use your member card to pay.

Chapter V Rights and Obligations of STC Club

1. STC Club shall offer its members fine qualities and standard services and ensure the members¡¯ rights in terms of the Club Regulations and Service Regulations¡£
2. STC Club may refuse to serve any members who are intended to violate the Regulations or raising vicious requests, even to cancel his or her member title.
3. STC Club will not be responsible for the failure of fulfillment of Services Regulations while encountering force majeure.

Chapter VI ¡¡Supplemental Articles

1. This Article will be effective from the date of issuance.
2. STC Club reserves the rights on the revision and explanation to the Article.
